【用情在人間】

「為人生寫下豐富而有價值的最佳註解，就是最寬闊、最有厚度、最深入的人生！」 ── 證嚴上人 二○○三年六月，魏杏芬師姊因病在花蓮慈濟醫院往生，她的生命雖然只有五十年，卻以慈悲喜捨圓滿了這趟人生旅程。 師姊加入慈濟七年，以身作則接引眾人、啟發愛心，在美國德州阿靈頓開拓出一片慈濟天地；並且代表慈濟志工踏上十五個國家，去做救苦救難的工作；即使人生到了終點，還獻出軀體作為病理解剖研究之用，造福病苦的眾生。

Leaving Love in the World

Master Cheng Yen said, "The most fruitful and valuable life is one in which one does many good deeds." In June 2003, Tzu Chi volunteer Wei Hsing-fen died at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital. Even though she was only 50 years old, she had perfected her life through kindness, compassion, joy, and unselfish giving. She volunteered for seven years and established the Tzu Chi missions in Arlington, Texas. She visited 15 countries to help those in need. Even at the end of her life, she donated her body to pathology research to bring blessings to other patients.
